Joyful Roots Foundation changed my life. As a neurodivergent adult, I’ve gained real skills and confidence through their ABA services—tools I use every day to communicate better, manage challenges, and show up as my best self. But the heart of Joyful Roots is the community. I’ve made close friends at their social events, from cheering side by side at hockey and football games to traveling together to incredible places like Las Vegas and the Bahamas. Those trips weren’t just vacations—they were moments where I felt fully included, supported, and proud of who I am. Joyful Roots gave me growth, belonging, and memories I’ll carry forever.....

Neurodivergent Adult
"As a mother of a neurodivergent young adult who’s now in college and preparing for law school, I can’t express enough gratitude for Joyful Roots. The transition to adulthood hasn’t been easy, and my son still needs guidance and support as he works toward his goals. Joyful Roots has been there for both of us — offering parent support, encouragement, and resources that truly make a difference. Their team understands the unique challenges families like ours face and has helped my son build confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills. I am beyond thankful for their continued support in my son’s journey."..

Over the summer I had the pleasure of leading music therapy groups for Ms Michele’s camp. The staff were always so energetic and kind with the kids during my music therapy sessions. The kids were celebrated and encouraged to participate. Ms. Michele truly cares for all the children and guides the staff in a supportive way.

Camp Behavior Works was an outstanding neurodivergent Summer camp run by great neurodivergent professionals who genuinely care. The entire team - from behavior specialists to care aides - shows incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. They sent pictures and kept us informed daily. I could tell that every child was treated with respect, and the individualized attention makes such a difference. We’re so grateful for the care, structure, and joy our son Thomas had and looking forward to next year again!
